  • BILLING STATEMENTS/ELECTRONIC BILLING: The University bills students electronically and does not send out paper billing statements. A few weeks after the term begins an e-mail will be sent to your University email account stating your bill is ready to be viewed online. Select the link in the e-mail message to view your account or view by this path: One Stop Student Home page, (under Finances) View my student account. This will list your current billing, as well as any outstanding charges. Students who are classified as Non-Resident in the University’s system, will at first have non-resident tuition applied. UNITE will need to go in and make changes to Non-Resident accounts so that resident tuition will be charged. This change will be done by the first week of the term. However, if you are a Non-Resident enrolled in both a UNITE course and an on-campus course in the same semester, the University will classify you a Non-Resident and charge you Non-Resident tuition for both UNITE and on-campus courses.

  • BILLING DUE DATE: Check your billing statement before the billing due date. If you have questions regarding your bill for the current term, please check with the UNITE office IMMEDIATELY so we can check into for you. While we are checking, you are to make payments as required, so late payment fees/installment fees are not charged to your account. If you do discover a billing error, you need to contact the University's UNITE office by the first due date of the semester in order for us to help correct the billing.

  • DUAL REGISTRATION (UNITE AND ON-CAMPUS CONCURRENTLY): Students must register for the on-campus course first. The UNITE course will be added to the on-campus registration. In order to do this, please give us the day you registered on-campus and the TOTAL number of on-campus credits.

  • The UNITE Registration Information Sheet must be filled out each semester you enroll.

  • Students wanting graduate credit for a course must register as a Non-Degree student in Graduate School (form: Request for Graduate Credit for non-degree students)

  • All homework should be identified with first and last name, department, course number, assignment/lab number, and company name.

  • All examinations and quizzes must be taken on the day and time scheduled by the course instructor, either at your location with an instructor-approved proctor (proctor approved in advance) or by coming to campus to take exams and quizzes with on-campus students (students must verify seat availability with instructor).

  • By registering for UNITE classes, you enter into a legally binding contract to pay all tuition and fees, including any non-refundable fees.
