Frequently Asked Questions

Question 1: "I get a blank box or nothing at all where the video should be playing. What should I do?"

You need to install QuickTime on your computer. See the Preparation for a Streaming Event page or download Apple's free QuickTime Player Image to indiate a link to a web page outside the UNITE web site, which opens in a new window. and install the latest version of the QuickTime Player. After you successfully install QuickTime, you should be able to run the UNITE Streaming QuickTime Test Video successfully, as well as the desired event.
