Frequently Asked Questions

1.  "I get a blank box or nothing at all where the video should be playing. What should I do?"

You need to install QuickTime on your computer. See the System Requirements page or download Apple's free QuickTime Player Image to indiate a link to a web page outside the UNITE web site, which opens in a new window. and install the latest version (7.4.5) of the QuickTime Player. After you successfully install QuickTime, you should be able to run the UNITE Streaming Video Demonstration Image to indiate a link to a web page outside the UNITE web site, which opens in a new window. successfully, as well as your regular class.
